Humming House Honor a Forever Kind of Love

Perfect for the spirit of the holiday season, “Fly On (Forever Is Better With You)” from Nashville-based band Humming House celebrates a love that has stood the test of time.

“As a songwriter, penning a meaningful love song is one of the tallest and most vulnerable tasks on the planet,” bandleader Justin Wade Tam told American Songwriter magazine.

Led by a cheerful mandolin with an Irish folk feel, Tam’s song is warm and reassuring like a cozy blanket and a roaring fireplace.

“The narrative of ‘Fly On’ was born out of the idea of viewing a successful relationship in retrospect,” he said. “I wanted to tell the story of a bond and love that has stood the test of seasons and storms, one that will indeed continue to ‘fly on’ through all of the ups and downs.

“This song and video are the sum of that very idea: Appreciating/valuing the context of the past and thus using it to continue pressing on into a positive future together.”

Filmed in and around the historic Franklin Theatre just south of Nashville, the romantic music video brings the tune to life. Snuggle up with somebody special and enjoy Humming House’s “Fly On (Forever Is Better With You).”
