Rob Baird Burns Through “Dreams and Gasoline”

Rob Baird says his second album, I Swear It’s the Truth, is perfectly named since he finally feels confident in who he is as an artist. With “Dreams and Gasoline,” the 25-year-old finds his peace on the open road, and with its catchy melody and sing-able chorus this track was born for a summer road trip playlist. From Memphis, Tenn., but now based out of Austin, there’s quite a bit of soul flavor in Baird’s country. If that’s his idea of an identity crisis, I think he’ll be “all right.” Check out the video for “Dreams and Gasoline.”
